Myself and my dad have had 4 cars between us from Andy, absolute class service.. yes we are buying 2nd hand cars and some do have problems but any issues at all Andy sorts them out for you, nothing is a hassle for him. Would recommend this garage to anyone.

Great experience buying a car from Sunderland Van Sales. They couldn't have been more helpful. I've only had the car a few days but it is way above my expectations of a second hand vehicle. It is immaculate inside and out and I can't find a single fault with it. They'll be my first port of call if I ever need another car.

Purchased a car in April, they gave me a 12 warranty instead of 6 to offer extra reassurance.
On my way to Northampton there was an issue with the car. The AA came out and said the car was fine. It was not. There was a small leak in the coolant. This caused a new engine to be needed due to the AA negligence. Andy and his team have assisted me every step of the way. Collecting the car and running around for all the AAs demands. It has been a long 7 months but eventually everything is sorted. The after sales care and support is absolutely excellent. They really do go above and beyond to help if any issues arise.

Couldn't disagree more with the previous bad review. I purchased a car from them about 5/6 month ago. Had a problem with it through no fault of theirs and the lads went above and beyond to help. Took my car in on a Friday and they had the 2 jobs fixed by Tuesday. They even waited long after closing for me to pick it up as I couldn't get there on time.

Superb good old fashioned service from Andy and his team
I bought a 14 plate Renault Megane from Andy at the start of October 22 and from start to finish received excellent service from him and all the lads. Great car at a fair price and it came with a full 12 month warranty and M.O.T....how many other local garages offer this as peace of mind? I found a couple of niggles after a few weeks and Andy sorted them out straightaway, no questions asked. I can thoroughly recommend this local business to anyone. Well done to all the team!

Top class service from Andy and Michael! I travelled 300miles to look at a 9 seater van they had which was a good spec and in great condition. Can't fault this dealer. Good communication throughout. Stayed open late to accommodate me as was coming up on a train, picked me up from the station and got me all sorted. I took the van that same day. We agreed the van would be mot's and serviced before taking but upon investigated the service hadn't been done unknown to Andy and he offered to reimburse me for the service I had done at home no questions asked. I always believe you can't judge a company when things go right, you really get to see what kind of company they are when things go wrong and these guys know how to deliver and make things right. Visited here to view a van that caught my eye. Excellent relaxed greeting. Haded the keys and left to have a good look at the vehicle. Once finished looking in my own time I was approached by Andy. Sorted a test drive immediately. Returned and had another look round vehicle. Pointed out a few issues I'd like sorted. Andy sorted them without question. As a result, bought the van. Excellent Service. I'd recommend a visit if he has a listing you're interested in.

Absolutely amazing service from Andy and the team at Sunderland Van Sales! I recently bought a Renault Clio from the guys and they delivered it to down to me in Wales for an amazing price even though it is over 300 miles away! Had a slight problem with the brakes when car arrived which should have been picked up on the MOT so that was absolutely no fault of Andy or the teams! I rang Andy and he very kindly sorted it all for me straight away! I am so grateful for all of their help and for the top quality service! I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you so much!
